Our client, a European institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant who speaks English and French fluently. This temporary contract starts as soon as possible.
Responsibilities :
Assist with the archiving of paper materials related to projects, policy, communications, etc before the big move of all staff into 2 buildings instead of 3 buildings, according to the ongoing project regarding space and offices.
Qualifications :
- Secondary level education, completed with a 2-year certificate in a relevant field (secretarial studies, business administration) or minimum qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills secondary level education with equally qualified experience in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the administrative / archiving field.
- Good knowledge of the standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and good knowledge of French.
- Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
