Senior Training Advisor F / M - Financial Sector - LU872681

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Training Advisor F / M to drive the development and delivery of impactful learning solutions within the Banking and Finance sectors.

The ideal candidate combines strong client relationship management skills with deep expertise in training design and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client and Partner Engagement :  Identify, understand, and analyze the needs and expectations of clients, partners, and beneficiaries to deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Business Development :  Expand and manage a portfolio of clients in the Banking & Finance sectors, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy and departmental objectives.
• Relationship Management :  Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners through proactive networking, strategic collaboration, and regular field visits.
• Program Development :  Actively contribute to the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of training programs that address the evolving needs of the financial sector and its stakeholders.
• Blended Learning Innovation :  Play a key role in developing and implementing blended learning approaches that merge pedagogical excellence with digital innovation.
• Instructional Quality :  Ensure the quality of instructional design by developing, assessing, and adapting training solutions that meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration :  Work closely with the Marketing & Communication team to promote training programs and enhance their visibility across targeted audiences.
• Evaluation & Improvement :  Conduct regular evaluations of training quality and trainer performance, proposing and implementing improvement measures as needed.
