Responsibilities :

• Support the structuring, setup, and maintenance of investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs, PE, and RE vehicles. This hands-on exposure builds technical expertise and strategic insight.
• Draft offering documents, partnership agreements, and regulatory filings, gaining involvement in all stages of fund lifecycle.
• Advise asset managers and institutional clients on regulatory, operational, and strategic questions, strengthening client interaction and commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with international offices on cross-border projects, benefiting from high-level transactions and global perspectives.
