EyeTech Solutions - IT Analyst

EyeTech Solutions is a leading recruitment company, currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst for our client based in Luxembourg.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a freelance contract with a duration of 6 to 12 months and possible extensions. Our client is a well-established company in the field of IT and Business Solutions.
They are committed to providing innovative and effective solutions to their clients, and have a reputation for excellence in the industry. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new IT and organizational solutions for the company.
This includes analyzing client needs, participating in the creation of solution visions, defining and following a solution roadmap, facilitating co-creation workshops, and participating in testing and validation phases.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Economics or Computer Engineering At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance sector or from banking or consulting background Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, project management, and workshop facilitation Independent, adaptable, organized, proactive, and excellent communicator Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence What we have to offer Fluent in English, with French, Luxembourgish, and German considered an advantage On-site work in Luxembourg Freelance contract for 6 to 12 months with possible extensions Opportunity to work with a well-established company in the IT and Business Solutions industry Competitive salary package Professional growth and development opportunities
