Our client, an Administrative institution based in Luxembourg, is looking for a Business Analyst that will provide analysis of the existing processes and data requirements to drive continuous improvement of the processes and procedures by leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow® platform.
Length : 12 Months.
Tasks ServiceNow platform expertise: Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and configuration, and experience in implementing solutions on the platform.
Business process analysis: Ability to analyze and document business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design solutions that align with business goals.
Profile A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Economics, or Computer Science Problem-solving and critical thinking: Ability to analyze complex information, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to complex business problems.
Technical skills: Familiarity with ITIL and project management methodologies, and experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and AngularJS.
Communication and collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of all levels At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
