We are looking for an

Intern – Service Responsable du Contrôle for SICAVs

You will support:

  • Support in daily business of Responsable du Contrôle ("RC") for managed companies ("SICAV")
  • Assist in the definition and regular review of SICAV’s AML/CFT framework
  • Learning how to register the SICAV with the Financial Intelligence Agency's GoAML tool
  • Participation in the acceptance procedure of high-risk-transactions
  • Processing of requests of SICAV's Responsable du Respect ("RR") and its board
  • Support and preparation of quarterly KPI reporting
  • Eventcalendar maintenance (appointment coordination and monitoring)

What you offer:

  • You are currently studying in business law, business administration, economics or comparable
  • Interest in funds and money laundering topics
  • Good presentation, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment with control focus and attention to detail
  • You are familiar with MS Office, in particular with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English mandatory. Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Enrolled in an academic programme recognized by the state and must have completed the first 2 semesters of your university studies (please attach a copy of your certificate of enrolment and state whether your internship is mandatory or voluntary)

What we offer:

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Weekly hours: 20h
  • Start: Next possible date
  • The Internship is paid
