You will oversee the following responsibilities Advise customers on the technological opportunities offered by ServiceNow, Independently configure the ServiceNow solution, Lead workshops to collect needs and technical design, Recommend technical solutions relative to the functional needs, consider the application heritage and the ITIL state of the art, Implementation of workflows, Maintenance of request items catalog CMDB update: scripting, validation & implementation of Discovery module, Implementation of SLA, Implementation of dashboards and reports, customization of forms (change, requests). Your profile 5 years of higher education and 5 years of experience minimum. Previous similar experience and ideally a knowledge of Angular / JavaScript. English read, written and spoken Experience in IT Service Management processes with ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or V4) Ability to organize and plan Sense of service, benevolence, listening, rigor and adaptability Dynamism, proactivity and ability to provide solutions Ability to work in a team
