EyeTech Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated Functional Analyst to join our client's team in Luxembourg.
As a Functional Analyst with expertise in SAP IS-U, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and enhancing SAP IS-U processes for market and Grid communication in Luxembourg. Our client is a leading IT service provider in Luxembourg with a strong focus on digitalization and innovation. Your responsibilities will include Analyzing business requirements and designing customer-driven solutions with key users and external partners. Acting as a functional SAP ISU reference within different projects and implementing processes and interfaces according to your solution definitions. Working effectively with your peers as well as with the business community to build reliable state-of-the-art solutions based on modern SAP and Open-Source technologies. Building service artifacts to expose SAP functionalities to third-party applications by using Web service technologies, cloud, and Middleware concepts. To be considered for this position, you should have A university degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT application design and development. Up to 5 years of experience within SAP IS-U, preferably in the domain of Device Management, Billing and Balancing, or Market Communication. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Abap and SAP Abap 00 and a strong curiosity for emerging SAP technologies, concepts, and methods. Interest in the arising challenges like E-mobility, Smart Metering, Smart Grids, Digital Customer Journeys, Advanced Grid Analytics, and digitalized operational processes. Competencies within other programming languages (C#, Java, Python, ...) will be considered as an advantage. Ability to deep dive into existing solutions with little guidance using own initiative and natural curiosity. Capability to understand the "big picture" when making decisions for development solutions. Team-oriented player able to collaborate with multiple internal and external teams. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English.
The knowledge of German and/or French will be considered as an asset. The job includes Interesting tasks in a professional team. Opportunity to work on exciting projects. Competitive contract salary. On-site work at our client's location in Luxembourg. We offer a freelance contract of 6-12 months with possible extensions.
