Responsabilités Vous assurerez un support IT auprès des utilisateurs et/ou auprès de nos clients ; Vous prendrez en charge les tickets relatifs aux incidents et aux requêtes dédiées sous Windows et Office ; Vous assurerez le dépannage du matériel de bureau tels que les PCs de bureau, les Laptops, les appareils mobiles, les imprimantes ; Vous transfèrerez les incidents non résolus au niveau de support supérieur ; Vous suivrez le cycle de vie de l'incident ; Vous participerez à l'amélioration continue des procédures ; Vous effectuerez le suivi des demandes clients en ayant une approche « orientée client ».
Profil Les prérequis : Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine IT ; Vous maîtrisez le français, l'allemand et l'anglais; Vous avez une bonne connaissance du système d'exploitation Windows ; Vous maîtrisez les outils Office ; Vous êtes familiarisé avec le dépannage Hardware (imprimantes, PC, Mobile, ...) ; Vous avez déjà utilisé SCCM; Vous avez la connaissance des problématiques liées à l'Active Directory; Vous possédez une faculté d'analyse et savez gérer les priorités ; Vous appréciez le travail en équipe même si vous savez travailler de façon autonome ; Vous avez une très bonne capacité à communiquer ; Les petits plus : Vous connaissez les outils de ticketing ; Vous avez déjà utilisé SCOM ; Vous maîtrisez Office 365 ; Vous êtes certifié ITIL.
