Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen, das innovative technische Lösungen für industrielle Anwendungen entwickelt und implementiert. Zur Verstärkung des IT-Teams suchen wir einen motivierten ERP-Administrator (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

Als ERP-Administrator (m/w/d) spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Umgebung. Sie unterstützen die Fachabteilungen bei der optimalen Nutzung der Systeme und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Die Verwaltung, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Systeme.
  • Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Berichte und Analysen für verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei funktionalen und technischen Fragen.
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zur effizienten Nutzung der eingesetzten Systeme.
  • Erstellung von Prozessbeschreibungen, Dokumentationen und Benutzerhandbüchern.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Funktionen innerhalb der ERP-Umgebung.
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Automatisierung wiederkehrender Prozesse.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen zur Sicherstellung effizienter und zukunftsorientierter Systemlandschaften.

Qualifikation

Als ERP-Administrator (m/w/d) verfügen Sie idealerweise über folgende Qualifikationen:

  • Ein Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen IT-Bereich oder eine technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Bereich ERP-Systeme.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Verwaltung oder Administration von ERP-Lösungen.
  • Kenntnisse in der Berichterstellung; Erfahrung mit Crystal Reports ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an digitalen Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Kenntnisse entweder in Englisch oder Französisch.
