MISSIONS:[FR]Basé dans nos bureaux de Luxembourg, vous accompagnerez les activités de la société de gestion en assurant le suivi juridique des entités luxembourgeoises et en intervenant sur la structuration, la vie sociale et les opérations des fonds d’investissement.Rédiger tous les types d'actes liés à la vie des sociétés (par exemple, structuration, dissolution, approbation des comptes annuels, modification des statuts, transfert d'actions, augmentation et réduction du capital, etc ;) Préparer et suivre les formalités légales devant les notaires, le registre du commerce, le registre des bénéficiaires et d'autres autorités ;Mettre en place et suivre la chronologie juridique des différentes entités luxembourgeoises et les échéances ; Participer à la création et à la vie des fonds d'investissement gérés par la société de gestion sur ses différentes business units (immobilier, dette privée, private equity, et marché des capitaux) ;Contribuer aux transactions et aux investissements impliquant des fonds d'investissement.[ENG]Based in our Luxembourg office, you will support the management company’s activities by ensuring the legal monitoring of Luxembourg entities and contributing to the structuring, corporate life, and operations of investment funds.Draft all types of corporate documentation related to the life cycle of companies (e.g. structuring, dissolution, approval of annual accounts, amendments to articles of association, share transfers, capital increases and decreases, etc.);Prepare and follow up on legal formalities with notaries, the trade and companies register, the register of beneficial owners, and other relevant authorities;Establish and monitor the legal timeline and key deadlines of various Luxembourg entities;Participate in the creation and ongoing legal management of investment funds managed by the management company across its various business units (real estate, private debt, private equity, and capital markets);Contribute to transactions and investments involving investment funds.
