We are currently recruiting an experienced Investment Fund Lawyer for a global and multicultural law firm , established in multiple countries and on several continents.

Present in several jurisdictions, this law firm has built a solid reputation since its creation, growing steadily to serve a prestigious and international client base spanning across the globe.

Its full-service approach covers a wide range of practice areas, including Banking & Finance, Corporate Law / M&A, Public Law, Litigation, and of course, Investment Funds. Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Lawyer – Funds – AIF – Law firm – Legal - Avocat

• You are responsible for the fund set-up and structuring, and handling the day-to-day legal matters and formalities related to these.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing the effects of recently enacted laws and regulations.
• You represent the firm in front of prospective clients and important stakeholders.
• You of course draft all necessary legal documentation such as articles of association or Limited Partnership Agreements, and all contracts necessary to the set-up.
• You work with Alternative Investment funds and are also highly skilled with these types of funds.
