Product Owner - Banking Transformation

Description de posteVery senior profile with extensive experience as Product Owner in banking sector Deep expertise in banking operations, regulations, and financial services Strong knowledge in Risk Management, Compliance, and Audit processes Proven experience in Agile transformation and methodology implementation Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams Experience with regulatory frameworks and banking compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Fluency in French and English required Leadership experience in complex, regulated environments Proficient in French (working language); additional languages are a plus.
Your day to day
- Lead the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies within complex banking environments
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business value and regulatory constraints
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Drive Risk, Compliance & Audit initiatives while maintaining regulatory standards
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and present product roadmaps to senior management
- Oversee product development cycles and ensure delivery milestones are met
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation
