As a Terminal Operations Assistant, you are responsible for welcoming, guiding and assisting passengers within the terminal and at access points (parking areas, curbside/drop-off area, entrances/exits). You actively contribute to the quality of the passenger experience by ensuring clear communication, professional assistance and smooth passenger flow management, while embodying the values and service standards of lux-airport. You will report directly to the Terminal Operations Supervisor within the Operations (Terminal) Department. Your responsibilities *Your daily tasks Informing and guiding passengers about airport and passenger services (check-in, security checks, boarding gates, connections, etc.) Providing assistance to passengers who need special help or are experiencing difficulties by actively contributing to the company's inclusion policy and the "The Hidden Disabilities" support system (during the various steps of the passenger's journey) Being proactively present at key points in the terminal to ensure smooth passenger flow Joining the pool of assistants dedicated to the EES (Entry-Exit System) and assumes specific responsibilities related to the control and management of passenger flows in Border Control departures and Arrivals Proactively identifying potential irregular scenarios (congestion or bottlenecks in entry points) and reporting anomalies to the terminal operations supervisor Actively participating in operational actions during flight disruptions, periods of high traffic, and exceptional events Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and procedures and participating in projects and initiatives aimed at improving passenger experience Participating in the integration of new employees *Your other missions Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
