Responsabilities :

As Fund Controller, you will oversee the entire financial lifecycle of complex investment vehicles.

• Review the Net Asset Value calculations produced by external service providers to ensure total accuracy.

• Monitor the cash flow movements and liquidity requirements for various international sub-funds.

• Coordinate the annual audit process by acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

• Supervise the preparation of regulatory reports and financial statements according to Lux GAAP and IFRS.

• Analyze the operating expenses and management fees to maintain strict budget oversight across the portfolio.

Profile :

This Fund Controller position requires a meticulous approach to financial data and strong analytical skills.

• At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting or financial auditing within the Luxembourg market.

• Degree in Finance or Accounting with a solid understanding of alternative assets structures.

• Professional level of English is essential; knowledge of French or German is considered a distinct advantage.
