Advisory & Accounting Officer (Chartered accountant profile) (m/f)
You will have the opportunity to thrive in a friendly corporate environment. Our prestigious international client base will allow you to challenge your skills with a well-diversified range of tasks and technically demanding assignments covering accounting, legal as well as tax aspects.
You will join a young and dynamic team with the following tasks:
Manage accounting, tax and legal aspects of a portfolio of Luxembourg holding, real estate and private equity companies including:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Preparation of corporate income tax and VAT returns,
Assistance to clients in implementing specific transactions (liquidations, mergers, deals, incorporations, loan agreements) including drafting legal documentation,
Organizing and attending board meetings including drafting minutes,
Ensuring that the companies are up-to-date with their accounting, tax and legal obligations (filings, payments),
Handle the day-to-day management of companies,
Be in direct contact with the clients and third parties (auditors, banks, notaries, service providers),
Advise clients regarding corporate, tax and VAT issues,
Liaise with our corporate, tax and VAT compliance departments to develop client-tailored solutions.
Your profile :
Degree in economics, accounting or finance, preferably with a strong focus on accounting;
Good knowledge of Luxembourg tax and accounting matters;
Analytical mind with strong sense of providing high-quality output;
Excellent interpersonal skills and client-oriented approach;
Effective time management and organisational skills;
Fluency in French and English, with good knowledge of German or Luxembourgish could be considered as an asset.
