We have the great pleasure to assist one of Luxembourg’s boutique law firms in the investment fund industry, in its search for a Senior Associate specialized in investment funds.

With offices in Luxembourg and many abroad, the law firm provides a real expertise. This is why the firm in Luxembourg is represented by a very skilled and stable team today, and no one is treated “just like a number”. The law firm looks for entrepreneurial people who want to help grow the firm, without having to completely give up their personal life and stay very late in the office every day like in some other law firms.

You will also be able to enjoy many evolution prospects, allowing you to share your acquired skills with the less experienced generation and to have an added value in the firm that becomes more and more important in time. The Partnership track in time is a real and concrete possibility, in an environment that is more personal than a Magic Circle firm for example.

Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Avocat – Liste I – Investment Funds – Funds - Fonds

• You take care of the set-up and structuring of your clients, being primarily unregulated and regulated investment funds.
• You of course draft all necessary legal documentation such as articles of association or Limited Partnership Agreements, and all contracts necessary to the set-up.
• You maintain a strong relationship with your clients and offer counsel on the best possible strategy in terms of investments.
• You are in charge of the legal surveillance in order to apply any recent legal developments.

• You can easily communicate in English and French, meaning that you can hold professional conversations without any issues with international clients. You will deal with regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds.
• In addition to the fact that you are a member of the Luxembourg Bar, or will be registered very soon, you have 4 years of experience or more in a Law firm in Luxembourg.
• You enjoy coaching and have had the opportunity to do so, or you would like to act as a mentor for trainees and less experienced associates.
• You care about providing your clients with a highly personalized service and you are proactive in the way you handle your files.

• This law firm is willing to offer a very competitive annual gross remuneration that could reach € 130.000, with an additional bonus and other benefits depending on your profile.
