Continuous Improvement Expert (m/w/d)
in unserem Werk in Fridhaff/Erpeldange-sur-Sûre
Ihre Aufgaben
· Mit Know-how und Weitsicht etablieren Sie Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Prinzipien (CI) in unserem Werk und wenden gezielt spezifische Tools aus Lean, Six Sigma und TPM an.
· Sie vermitteln CI-Methoden an Kollegen, führen Workshops durch (z. B. Shopfloormanagement, Problem Solving, Kaizen), und sorgen für nachhaltige Umsetzung und Standardisierung.
· Sie dokumentieren systematisch erkannte Probleme an Maschinen und Prozessen und leiten daraus konkrete Optimierungsprojekte und Maßnahmen ab.
· Sie wirken mit am Aufbau und der Pflege eines kennzahlenbasierten Performance-Managements, erstellen Reports und identifizieren auf Basis von Daten Verbesserungspotenziale.
· Sie arbeiten eng mit dem bestehenden CI-Manager zusammen und bringen dabei gezielt Ihre methodische und kommunikative Stärke ein, um Verbesserungen teamübergreifend zu verankern.
Ihr Profil
· Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit CI-/Lean-Erfahrung in der Industrie
· Gute Kenntnisse in Lean-Methoden (z. B. VSM, 5S, PDCA); Six Sigma (Green Belt o. ä.) von Vorteil
· Analytisch, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark
· Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; Erfahrung mit SAP, Minitab und Visio ist von Vorteil
· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
· Langfristige Perspektive auf Führungsverantwortung
