About the job | Your responsibilities Perform risk monitoring and data collection: gather and analyse risk data, track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches Support independent risk model validation and ongoing model monitoring Provide risk analysis to support the bank's risk steering and management decisions Develop and maintain Risk Management reporting, including internal and regulatory reports (e.g. ICAAP and ILAAP report, liquidity reporting, KRI reporting and scorecard monitoring) Contribute to strategic Risk Management documentation (Risk and Own Funds Strategy, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, etc.) Support the design and execution of stress testing exercises assessing the bank's resilience under adverse scenarios, ensuring capital and liquidity adequacy Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of new regulatory requirements About you | Your background, skills and personality Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance or a related field Minimum three years of relevant experience in a Risk Management or a similar role Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with statistical tools and programming languages, particularly Python, R and SQL Solid understanding of banking risk management and regulatory framework Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Collaboration and teamwork: A team player who thrives in a flat organisational structure and actively contributes to the collective success of the team Transparency and communication: Communicates clearly and constructively, promoting open information sharing.
