Dans le cadre du renforcement de son service digital, au sein d'une société reconnu à Luxembourg ville, recrute un ERP Support Specialist
en CDI. Il s'agit d'une création de poste, avec pour mission principale d'assurer le support fonctionnel et l'administration de l'ERP interne auprès de l'ensemble des utilisateurs (~100 personnes).
Missions principales
- Assurer le support fonctionnel de l'ERP auprès des utilisateurs
- Réaliser les paramétrages de l'outil en fonction des besoins métier
- Se déplacer pour former et accompagner les équipes terrain
- Garantir la qualité et la cohérence des données saisies dans le système
- Former les nouveaux collaborateurs à l'utilisation de l'outil
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et produire des reportings liés à l'activité
Profil recherché
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste d'administrateur ERP ou support applicatif
- Maîtrise d'un ERP (SAP, Navision ou équivalent)
- La connaissance de l'outil interne n'est pas exigée, une formation est prévue
- Notions de SQL et de gestion des flux de données appréciées
- Excellentes capacités pédagogiques : aptitude à vulgariser des sujets techniques pour un public non-technique
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers au Luxembourg
- Profils issus du BTP, de l'industrie ou de la logistique bienvenus
- Langue : Français
Conditions
Rémunération : 65 000 – 75 000 € brut/an + 13e mois
