To support the continued development of its German-speaking client portfolio, the firm is currently seeking a Corporate Officer who is looking for more than just a traditional corporate administration role. Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Finance – Transactions – Advisory

• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg entities, including SOPARFIs, Holdings, SPFs, and other investment vehicles, throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Prepare and review corporate documentation such as board minutes, shareholder resolutions, annual general meetings, and statutory amendments.
• Maintain statutory records and coordinate filings with the relevant Luxembourg authorities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for German-speaking clients and liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, notaries, and administrations.
• Ensure that all entities remain compliant with Luxembourg corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with accounting, tax compliance, and other internal departments to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Finance – Transactions – Advisory

• At least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer, Legal Officer, or in a similar position within Luxembourg.
• Fluency in German and English is required, alongside a good command of French.
• Solid understanding of Luxembourg corporate structures and corporate governance requirements.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit.
