Established internationally with offices spanning Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia, the firm works exclusively with the asset management sector and advises a sophisticated client base composed of ManCos, AIFMs, institutional asset managers. Its lawyers collaborate daily with professionals located across several jurisdictions, creating a truly international and dynamic work environment.

This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced Investment Funds Lawyer seeking greater autonomy, direct client exposure, and the ability to fully utilize his or her entrepreneurial spirit. Rather than operating within a traditional hierarchical structure, you will be encouraged to take ownership of matters, contribute ideas, and participate directly in the continued growth of the business.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Associate Funds – AIF – Funds – UCITS – Legal - Law

• Advise international asset managers, ManCos, AIFMs on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing operations of investment vehicles.
• Provide legal advice on UCITS and Alternative investment funds.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of fund documentation and agreements relating to their operations.
• Lead legal workstreams relating to fund launches, restructurings, and cross-border distribution projects.
• Manage client relationships directly and act as a trusted advisor for sophisticated financial sector clients.
• Coordinate projects involving multiple jurisdictions and collaborate closely with colleagues located across the firm's international offices.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting the asset management industry and contribute to client publications, presentations, and market updates.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Associate Funds – AIF – Funds – UCITS – Legal - Law

• You are a lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Funds and Asset Management in Luxembourg. This experience does not needs to be fully acquired in law firms as in-house experience is interesting as well, but we ask that you then have evolved in both environments.
• You have strong knowledge of UCITS and AIF and have ideally been exposed to both thus far in your career.
• Ability to manage matters independently and maintain direct client relationships.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic law firm.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
