As part of the continued growth of its Employment practice, the firm is currently seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its Luxembourg office. Focusing primarily on advisory and pre-litigation matters, you will assist an international employer-side client base on a broad range of employment law issues while benefiting from direct interaction with the Partner leading the practice.

Unlike larger teams where junior lawyers may have limited exposure to decision-makers, this department operates with a more human-sized structure, allowing lawyers to take on meaningful responsibilities, develop strong client relationships, and accelerate their professional growth.

Your Responsibilities | Employment Law – Labour Law – Advisory – Pre-Litigation

• Advise an international employer-side client base on a broad range of Luxembourg employment law matters.
• Assist clients with day-to-day employment issues, including disciplinary procedures, dismissals, workforce reorganizations, employment contracts, and internal policies.
• Participate in pre-litigation matters and contribute to the development of legal strategies tailored to clients' objectives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, internal regulations, legal opinions, and employment-related documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting employment law and provide practical advice to clients.
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments on multidisciplinary matters involving Corporate, M&A, Mobility, and Regulatory aspects.
• Develop strong client relationships and progressively become a trusted advisor on employment-related matters.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Employment Law – Labour Law – Advisory – Pre-Litigation

• You have between 2 and 4 years of experience as an Employment Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have acquired solid experience advising employers on employment law and pre-litigation matters.
• You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to advise an international client base with confidence.
• You possess strong drafting and analytical skills and are committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
• You enjoy working in an intellectually stimulating environment and are eager to continue developing your technical expertise.
• You are proactive, client-oriented, and capable of handling responsibilities with increasing autonomy.
