Your Day-to-Day
Project Analysis & Implementation: Conduct rigorous analyses of new projects from a Private Capital service perspective and guarantee their seamless operational onboarding and migration.
System Setups & Coordination: Handle, input, and coordinate technical setups in various internal systems, including the opening of cash accounts and entering static data into eFront (FX, forwards, collateral, pledges, listed derivatives, etc.).
Quality Assurance: Ensure the absolute quality of operational setups through diligent validation and by customizing operational contracts to match client specifications.
Stakeholder & Client Relations: Develop structured, close working relationships and maintain high-quality written and oral communication with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Closely track all project milestones, manage business priorities across multiple parallel migrations, and maintain up-to-date dashboards and management reporting.
Lifecycle & Change Management: Handle operational modifications (name changes, operating model updates, etc.) throughout the lifetime of the entities up to their final liquidation.
Handovers & Delivery: Organize structured handovers with internal operational teams and clients, ensuring the respect of deadlines, milestones, and top-tier deliverables.
Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Actively participate in continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects to contribute to the success of the Business Implementation team, the Private Capital department, and the wider banking group.

Strong execution mindset with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality client solutions under high-pressure, priority-driven environments.
Natural team player, dedicated to supporting clients, internal operational functions, and team goals.
Technical Expertise: Sound knowledge of the Private Capital / Alternative Funds industry. Hands-on experience with system setups, ideally with eFront, and familiarity with fund operational tools (cash accounts, derivatives, collateral, etc.).
Project Mindset: Well-organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing dashboards and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) to navigate an international client-facing environment.
