Your Responsibilities | payroll – Finance – fiduciary – accounting – service provider - social

• You will monitor deadlines, organize workflows, and ensure that payroll services are delivered accurately and on time.
• You will act as a technical reference for your colleagues by assisting them with complex payroll matters and supporting their professional development.
• You will maintain regular communication with clients, providing guidance and ensuring a high level of service throughout the payroll process.
• You will collaborate closely with management by reporting on operational matters, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the optimization of internal procedures.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | payroll – Finance – fiduciary – accounting – service provider - social

• You have at least five years of experience in payroll within a fiduciary, corporate service provider, or similar environment in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in French and possess a professional level of English, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
• You have worked with clients operating in the financial sector, such as banks, insurance companies, investment firms, or other regulated businesses.
• You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg labour law and payroll regulations and keep your technical knowledge up to date.
• You enjoy coaching and supporting colleagues while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.
• You are well organized, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
