Although the Luxembourg office is part of a global platform, the local teams remain accessible and collaborative. Associates work closely with Partners daily, ensuring excellent exposure to clients, transactions, and strategic discussions from the very beginning of their careers.

As part of the continued growth of its Investment Funds department, our client is currently looking for an Investment Funds Lawyer with at least one year of experience in Luxembourg who is eager to develop within a stimulating and internationally oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities | Investment Funds – AIF – Law Firm

• Advise international clients on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing operation of investment funds, with a particular focus on alternative investment structures.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation related to investment vehicles and fund structures.
• Assist clients on regulatory and corporate matters throughout the lifecycle of investment funds.
• Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on sophisticated local and cross-border transactions.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, service providers, and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient follow-up of ongoing matters.
• Participate in legal research, regulatory monitoring, and the preparation of legal memoranda and client publications.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Investment Funds – AIF – Law Firm

• You have at least one year of experience as an Investment Funds Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are registered on List II or List IV of the Luxembourg Bar or are currently attending the CCDL.
• You are fluent in both French and English.
• You have developed a first exposure to Alternative Investment Funds and are motivated to strengthen your expertise in this area.
• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a demanding yet supportive environment.
• You are recognized for your attention to detail and your commitment to delivering high-quality work.
