Your Responsibilities :

Your responsibilities will depend on your level of seniority and may include:

• Advising national and international clients on corporate and commercial matters.
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate reorganisations.
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation.
• Participating in due diligence exercises and transactional work.
• Working directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Junior lawyers benefit from close mentoring and technical training. More experienced lawyers enjoy greater autonomy, increased client contact, supervision responsibilities and involvement in business development initiatives.

Your Profile :

• Between 2 and 10 years of Corporate/M&A experience.
• Member of List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
• Previous experience within a Luxembourg law firm.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills.
• Looking to build a long-term career in Luxembourg.
