1. What You Will Do

• Monitor SES video and satellite services to ensure high availability and service quality
• Investigate alarms, troubleshoot issues, and restore services quickly
• Support customers and coordinate with engineers and technical specialists when needed
• Operate and maintain SES video platforms and associated networks
• Perform regular system health checks and operational testing
• Create incident reports and operational documentation
• Support the onboarding of new services and platforms
• Help improve monitoring tools, processes, and operational efficiency
• Complete technical training and obtain certifications on mission-critical systems

1. What We Are Looking For

• A degree, Bachelor, BTS, or equivalent experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Electronics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support, service operations, or systems management
• Knowledge of satellite communications and broadcast technologies
• Understanding of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, IPv6) and/or video distribution technologies (DVB, contribution, distribution, multiplexing)
• Basic knowledge Windows systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
