Our client is an international law firm with offices in Luxembourg and other European offices. In Luxembourg, around 50 lawyers advise an international client base across Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance, Investment Funds, Tax and Commercial Litigation, creating regular opportunities to work on multidisciplinary and cross-border matters.
The Investment Funds practice is led by two Partners and works closely with another office on a daily basis. This close cooperation allows lawyers to be involved in international matters while remaining part of a small Luxembourg team where direct access to decision-makers is the norm rather than the exception.

As part of the continued development of its Investment Funds practice, the firm is looking to recruit a mid-level lawyer who wishes to strengthen their expertise while working closely with experienced Partners on sophisticated international matters.

Your Responsibilities | Investment Funds – AIF – International Law Firm – Legal - Law

• Advise international clients on the fund formation, structuring and ongoing operations of Alternative Investment Funds, including Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt vehicles.
• Draft, review and negotiate the legal documentation related to investment funds.
• Assist clients throughout the lifecycle of their investment vehicles.
• Participate in cross-border transactions alongside colleagues from other European offices and practice groups.
• Maintain direct relationships with clients, service providers and Luxembourg authorities to ensure efficient management of ongoing matters.
• Follow legal and regulatory developments impacting the Investment Funds industry and contribute to the preparation of legal publications.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Investment Funds – AIF – International Law Firm – Legal - Law

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Investment Funds Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have acquired solid exposure to Alternative Investment Funds and enjoy working on technically challenging matters.
• You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar.
• You are fluent in both French and English. Any additional language will be considered an advantage.
• You are recognized for your analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent drafting skills.
• You enjoy working within a team where knowledge sharing and long-term development are genuinely encouraged.
