To support the continued expansion of its Payroll department, our client is looking for a Senior Payroll Officer (German Speaker).

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of mainly German-speaking Luxembourg clients, ensuring accurate payroll processing from A to Z.
  • Prepare salary calculations in compliance with Luxembourg labour law and social security regulations.
  • Handle declarations with the Luxembourg authorities (CCSS, CNS, ACD, etc.).
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding payroll-related questions.
  • Review complex payroll situations and provide practical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Managers while sharing your expertise with junior colleagues.
  • Stay informed of legislative developments affecting payroll and employment law.

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2,5 years of payroll experience in Luxembourg fiduciary or internal experience
  • You are fluent in German and English. Knowledge of French is highly appreciated, particularly for understanding legal documentation.
  • You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg payroll legislation.
  • You are client-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing your own portfolio independently.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where quality and service excellence are priorities.
