Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – TAX - Howald

• Manage a portfolio of Private Equity funds from A to Z, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
• Work closely with your Tax Manager, providing regular updates on client matters while contributing to the successful execution of complex tax projects.
• Prepare and review tax filings, ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest Luxembourg and international tax developments by conducting ongoing legal and tax research, assessing their impact on your clients' structures.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – TAX - Howald

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Tax Officer within a Luxembourg fiduciary firm, tax advisory practice, or accounting firm.
• You have developed solid expertise in the taxation of Private Equity structures and are comfortable managing a client portfolio with a high level of autonomy.
• You are fluent in English and French; knowledge of German will be considered a strong asset.
• You are proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
