To support our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Manager - Corporate Secretary - (M/F)
Your main responsibilities
§ Managing a complex and diversified portfolio of clients with all aspects of company legislation
§ Providing and ensuring good governance on our clients’ structures
§ Reviewing and commenting legal documentation prepared by third parties
§ Organization and attendance to board/shareholders meetings, including preparation / review of minutes and follow-up on action points
§ Monitoring statutory and legal deadlines for our clients, as well supervision of legal files maintenance
§ Coordination with third parties and building relationships
§ Ensuring proper communication within the business lines and other internal departments
§ Coordination and supervision of the senior and junior officers and operating a quality review of work performed and workload
Your profile
§ You successfully passed a master's degree in law or Business Administration or Economics
§ You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
§ You have good knowledge of the Luxembourg corporate law
§ You have managed a team and you are able to motivate and coach team members
§ You are fluent in French and English
§ You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure
§ You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
§ You demonstrate tact and diplomacy, observing confidentiality at all times
§ You are dedicated to work and appreciate working in a fast-growing environment
§ You are dynamic, open-minded, flexible, impacting and business-oriented
§ You demonstrate extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service through self-initiative and team spirit
