As an ICT Governance Junior Officer, you will contribute to the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the Bank's ICT Governance framework. Working alongside experienced governance professionals, you will gain practical exposure to audit coordination, ICT controls, DORA requirements, resilience testing, third-party governance and regulatory compliance within a dynamic banking environment.

The role is designed as an entry-level position, offering excellent opportunities to develop technical, analytical and governance expertise while building a strong foundation for future growth within Governance, Risk, Compliance or Audit functions. The ICT Junior Officer will report to the Head of ICT Governance.

About the job

You will support a broad range of ICT Governance activities, including:

• Assisting with the follow-up and documentation of audit findings, remediation actions and control-related activities
• Supporting ICT Recovery and Control testing exercises, including information gathering, documentation and action tracking
• Maintaining governance registers, trackers and supporting documentation to ensure information remains accurate, complete and up to date
• Contributing to DORA and ICT third-party governance activities, including maintaining relevant registers and supporting governance processes
• Supporting governance processes and following up on agreed actions with stakeholders
• Assisting with the review and maintenance of IT policies, standards and governance documentation
• Helping prepare governance reporting, dashboards and management information for internal stakeholders
• Supporting vendor governance, invoicing and budget tracking activities
• Providing administrative and coordination support to ensure governance activities are completed efficiently and on time

About you

• Relevant educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Audit, Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• First professional exposure in IT Audit, IT Risk or GRC, preferably in a regulated sector
• ICT Governance Knowledge: Basic understanding of governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, or ISO).
• Audit and control awareness: Basic awareness of the purpose of audit, control testing and remediation activities, with a willingness to develop further knowledge on the job
• Regulatory Awareness: awareness of regulatory requirements relevant to ICT Governance and an interest in developing expertise in this area
• Data & Register Management: Good working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools, with the ability to maintain accurate and well-structured trackers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation, trackers and evidence
• Collaboration and teamwork: A natural team player who actively contributes to the collective success of the team
• Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively
• Accountability and integrity: Takes responsibility for personal performance and acts with honesty and transparency in all areas
• Ownership: Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking responsibility for tasks/outcomes, with a focus on seeing projects through to completion
• Cross-functional collaboration: Able to work collaboratively across different IT and business functions
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
