Finance - Payroll - Benefits and Compensation - Associate

• Be responsible and accountable for the timelines, accuracy and operational delivery of the end to end payroll processes in close collaboration with our payroll provider.
• Contribute to the regular review and implementation of the benefits program (car leasing, insurance, pension plans, health insurance etc..)
• Prepare monthly and yearly reports related to compensation and benefits matters
• Be responsible for ensuring compliance with social security and local law and regulations.
• Be responsible for internal policies and processes
• Ensure compliance with local labor, social security, and regulatory requirements while maintaining and continuously improving internal policies and processes.
• Manage the relevant systems and tools ( participating in set up of new systems & processes, testing and implementation phases…)
• Act as an escalation point for payroll and benefits related questions and provide internal trainings on the topics to employee
• Liaising, interacting and maintaining relationships with external providers
• Close collaboration with other teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Be part of the onboarding program: Train new joiners about administrative, compensation and benefits matters
• Participate in various projects and initiatives
• Perform administrative tasks, process employee information accurately and efficiently, and ensure the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

• Qualifications: You hold a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar. You have a first experience in a similar position Ability to develop strong partnerships with colleagues across the firm Good management of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point) In terms of languages, you must be fluent in English and French. An additional language will be an asset. Knowledge of payroll digitalization and process improvement practices will be an asset High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight details
