You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping to analyze business needs, gather requirements, define functional specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Tester
- Strong experience working in the insurance industry
- Excellent understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and functional analysis
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers
- Ability to analyze complex needs and translate them into clear functional specifications
