In Travel Market Business Unit, reporting directly to the BU SC Manager, you will turn customer and sales inputs, as well as insights from marketing and trade marketing functions into a reliable demand view that supports business decisions and supply chain efficiency.
In this role, you will connect sales planning and demand planning, helping the business understand risks, opportunities and expected performance across brands, customers and regions.
You will work close to Sales, Supply Planning, Finance and Customer Service, using data to support clear decisions in a business environment where stock availability matters every day.
You will consolidate monthly forecasts from Key Account Managers, review the data, challenge assumptions where needed and prepare a validated demand plan for planning systems. Through clear analysis, you will help align business expectations, supply capabilities and financial targets.
You will monitor forecast accuracy, bias and demand variances, then translate the findings into practical insights for business reviews and planning discussions. By connecting volume and value projections with account, region, customer and product performance, you will support better decisions across the business.
You will follow customer orders and demand signals closely, identify risks linked to overstock, out of stock or unplanned demand, and work with Supply Planning and Customer Service to support prioritization. You will also contribute to continuous improvement in reports, tools and planning routines.
You bring at least 4-5 years of experience in demand planning, sales planning, supply chain planning or a closely related analytical planning role, with the ability to connect numbers to business decisions.
You are confident using Excel and SAP, and you can turn complex data into clear analysis. Power BI knowledge would help you contribute further.
You work well with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, challenge inputs with facts and stay solution-oriented when priorities change or business risks need fast attention.
