Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe IT Infrastructure au sein d'un environnement bancaire luxembourgeois, nous recherchons un Senior Windows System Engineer afin d'intervenir sur des infrastructures Microsoft critiques et à haute disponibilité. Le consultant intégrera une équipe en charge de la gestion, de l'évolution et de la fiabilisation des environnements systèmes. Il interviendra sur des sujets techniques complexes liés aux plateformes Windows Server, à l'automatisation, à la sécurité et à l'amélioration continue des infrastructures. La mission nécessite une forte autonomie, une excellente capacité d'analyse ainsi qu'une expérience confirmée dans des environnements exigeants en matière de sécurité, performance et qualité de service. Vos missions Participer à des projets techniques d'évolution et d'amélioration des infrastructures systèmes Prendre en charge la gestion de mini-projets techniques et assurer leur coordination Administrer et maintenir des environnements Windows Server critiques Contribuer à la fiabilisation, l'optimisation et l'automatisation des systèmes Participer au traitement des incidents complexes de niveau 3 Réaliser des analyses techniques avancées et assurer le troubleshooting Collaborer avec différentes équipes IT (Infrastructure, Sécurité, Applications, Réseaux...) Rédiger la documentation technique et assurer le transfert de connaissances auprès des équipes support Profil recherché Minimum 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine IT Infrastructure Expérience significative en environnement de production critique (idéalement secteur financier ou environnements avec fortes exigences SLA) Capacité à travailler en autonomie tout en collaborant efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (le luxembourgeois constitue un atout) Compétences techniques requises: Expertise avancée des environnements Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022 ou versions récentes) Très bonne maîtrise de PowerShell (scripts, automatisation) Solides connaissances des technologies Microsoft : Active Directory Windows Failover Cluster ADFS ADCS Bonne compréhension des enjeux de sécurisation des environnements Microsoft Expérience en coordination de projets techniques Compétences complémentaires appréciées: Connaissances VMware et solutions de Virtualisation de postes (type Horizon) Connaissances réseaux : DNS, Firewall, Load Balancing, Web Proxy Expérience dans un environnement applicatif bancaire Maîtrise d'outils de gestion de projet (ex : MS Project) Informations complémentaires Localisation : Luxembourg Démarrage : dès que possible Durée initiale : 6 mois, renouvelable
