I am currently assisting a highly respected law firm in Luxembourg with the recruitment of a Tax Lawyer.

The Role :

As part of the Tax team, you will work on a variety of Luxembourg and international tax matters, including:

• Advising corporate clients, investment structures and international groups on Luxembourg tax matters;
• Supporting clients on tax structuring, reorganisations and transactional matters;
• Assisting on M&A, private equity and investment-related tax issues;
• Preparing tax analyses, memoranda and legal opinions;
• Working closely with experienced Partners and colleagues on complex matters;
• Developing your expertise through exposure to sophisticated files and continuous learning.

Your Profile :

• Admitted to List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar;
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in Luxembourg Tax Law (more experienced profiles are also welcome);
• Experience gained within a Luxembourg law firm or recognised tax practice;
• Strong interest in developing further as a Tax lawyer;
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills;
• Fluent in French and English;
• A collaborative mindset and the ambition to grow within a supportive environment.
