Your Responsibilities & Missions

• You will assist in the structuring and setup of various investment funds, including private equity and real estate vehicles. This gives you direct involvement in complex, high-value projects, allowing you to rapidly build a strong, sought-after expertise in the highly lucrative fund industry.
• You will conduct comprehensive due diligence and draft key legal documents for major cross border transactions. This continuous exposure to diverse international regulatory frameworks significantly enhances your analytical skills, making you a versatile and highly confident corporate lawyer.
• You will act as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and coordinate seamlessly with international offices. • You will provide tailored legal advice on regulatory and compliance matters to a sophisticated global clientele. Your Profile

• You bring around 1 to 2 years of practical experience as an associate in investment funds, corporate law, or a related field, though passionate candidates with slightly different backgrounds are warmly welcomed.
• You have a solid academic background in Law, ideally enabling you to practice efficiently within the European Union.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is highly valued to fluidly communicate with our international clients and network; knowledge of French or other languages is a wonderful bonus.
• You possess a natural commercial mindset and enjoy working with autonomy while remaining a dedicated and supportive team player.
• Your excellent communication skills allow you to navigate complex negotiations with ease and professionalism.
