Business Continuity & Crisis Management Expert (m/f/n)

Your tasks

  • You support the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management in developing, implementing and continuously improving the Business
  • Continuity Management System (BCMS) and crisis management framework
  • You coordinate business impact analyses and risk assessments with the relevant departments to identify threats to critical business services
  • You develop business continuity and crisis management plans together with stakeholders and ensure their consistency across departments and sites
  • You monitor the implementation of resilience measures and action plans, ensuring appropriate technical, organizational and security controls are in place
  • You organize regular crisis simulations, business continuity exercises and alert procedure tests to validate the effectiveness of the plans
  • You maintain and regularly update business continuity and crisis management documentation to ensure compliance and operational readiness
  • You raise awareness and train employees on business continuity and crisis management principles, processes and best practices
  • You act as the functional backup for the Head of Business Continuity & Crisis Management and coordinate external consultancy services when required

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in management or in any related field
  • You have minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • You are result-oriented and have an analytical mindset
  • You are an expert in risk management
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have effective verbal and written communication skills in English. German, French and/or Luxembourgish are a plus
