Global Health is the international health insurance brand of Luxembourg's leading insurance group, Foyer. We support globally mobile clients and deliver high-quality service in an international environment.
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Intern - Feedback & Client Services to support our team in enhancing customer experience and delivering excellent service. In this role, you will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams while contributing to customer feedback and service improvement initiatives.
Working closely with the Feedback & Client Services team, you will actively contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences by:
Supporting the handling of inquiries from clients, brokers, partners, and providers.
Assisting with the follow-up of customer requests and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinating with internal departments to support efficient case handling and resolution.
Helping maintain high service standards and contributing to customer satisfaction.
Developing product and process knowledge to provide reliable support to customers and partners.
Supporting administrative tasks related to customer service operations.
Assisting in the collection and monitoring of customer feedback and satisfaction data.
Helping track complaints and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Contributing to service quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting the preparation of reports, presentations, and customer insight summaries.
Providing general support to the Feedback & Client Services team on ad hoc projects and daily activities.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Economics, Health Management, or a related field, and are eligible to undertake an internship as part of your academic curriculum.
You have a strong interest in customer service, customer experience, and business operations.
You possess an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
You are team-oriented and able to work independently when required.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
You have a mandatory proficiency in English.
French, German, or Spanish are considered strong assets.
