Notre client est un Family Office privé basé à Luxembourg. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, la structure souhaite aujourd'hui renforcer son équipe avec un profil de Head of FP&A & Controlling, capable de prendre en charge le pilotage financier et opérationnel des activités et du patrimoine de la famille.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste de contrôle de gestion classique. Vous travaillerez en proximité directe avec la famille, la Direction et le CFO, avec une vision très concrète des opérations : budgets, cash-flows, dépenses, investissements, résidences privées, bateaux, projets immobiliers et autres actifs détenus par la famille.
L'objectif : disposer d'une personne capable de transformer les données financières et opérationnelles en véritable outil de pilotage et d'aide à la décision.
