Rejoindre une équipe spécialisée dans l’exploitation et la maintenance d’infrastructures Datacenter critiques et à haute disponibilité.
Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle et à l’évolution des infrastructures Datacenter.
Intervenir sur des environnements techniques exigeants, garantissant la continuité et la disponibilité des services hébergés.
Installer, câbler et mettre en service des équipements IT et télécoms au sein des salles informatiques.
Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective sur les infrastructures Datacenter.
Participer aux opérations d’installation, de déplacement, d’intégration et de retrait des équipements.
Effectuer les contrôles techniques et contribuer aux audits des infrastructures.
Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité, d’accès, de qualité et des standards opérationnels propres aux environnements Datacenter.
Assurer un support technique de niveau avancé auprès des équipes internes et des utilisateurs ou clients.
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques rencontrés sur les infrastructures.
Maintenir à jour la documentation technique, les plans d’infrastructure et les inventaires des équipements.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des procédures, processus et standards d’exploitation.
Collaborer avec les différentes équipes techniques afin de garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des infrastructures.
Formation de niveau Bac+3 minimum en informatique, réseaux, télécommunications, électrotechnique ou dans un domaine technique équivalent.
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un environnement Datacenter, infrastructure IT ou Facilities techniques.
Expérience dans l’exploitation d’environnements critiques et à haute disponibilité.
Bonne maîtrise des infrastructures Datacenter et de leurs contraintes opérationnelles.
Solides connaissances en câblage cuivre et fibre optique.
Connaissances des environnements serveurs, stockage, réseaux et virtualisation.
Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la continuité de service, à la disponibilité des infrastructures et à la sécurité physique.
Capacité à effectuer des diagnostics techniques et à résoudre des incidents complexes.
Connaissance des standards et bonnes pratiques d’exploitation Datacenter.
La connaissance des principes ITIL constitue un atout.
Des certifications techniques dans le domaine IT, réseaux ou Datacenter sont appréciées.
Esprit d’analyse et bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités.
Forte orientation service et capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
Bon esprit d’équipe et aisance dans la collaboration avec différents interlocuteurs techniques.
Bonne communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
La maîtrise du luxembourgeois et/ou de l’allemand constitue un avantage.
