Job Description Provide technical support and consultancy services on SAP S/4HANA and ECC technology. Contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP systems, focusing on technical improvements and system integration. Ensure compliance with IT controls and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures. Engage in projects and handle recurring technical tasks. Develop and upskill knowledge in SAP systems and promote task automation. Foster cross teams collaboration. Write detailed documentation and recipes to solve recurring issues, building sustainable knowledge for the support team. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementation and support. Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on SAP systems. SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD) is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of SAP modules and system integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
