Your Responsibilities :

• Advise international clients on Luxembourg and cross-border tax matters.
• Lead the tax aspects of M&A, restructuring and financing transactions.
• Advise investment funds, financial institutions and multinational groups.
• Prepare complex tax opinions and legal memoranda.
• Review and negotiate transaction documentation from a tax perspective.
• Manage client matters independently.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives.

Your Profile :

• Master's degree in Law, ideally specialised in Tax Law.
• 5-8+ years of relevant Luxembourg tax experience.
• Experience gained within a leading law firm or Big Four.
• Strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and international taxation.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German is an advantage.
• Autonomous, commercially aware and client-focused.
