Sales Associate – French Market

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Sales team.
The open position is primarily focused on to be the point of contact for partners’ daily business, together with the country managers.
Main objectives of the role
- Commercial support to the French Country Managers in managing and developing a limited portfolio of key accounts including Intencial Patrimoine.
- Business development and account activation: proactively engage with existing CGP (Independent Financial Adviser) partners with limited active policies, with the objective of reactivating these relationships and increasing commercial activity.
- Direct sales activities as an employed agent for orphaned client portfolios, ensuring proactive client engagement, identifying their needs, and developing appropriate business opportunities.
- Direct sales activities as an employed Agent for Apicil Group clients, particularly clients referred through Gresham Banque Privée, with the objective of developing and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Relationship management and business development: build strong relationships with key partners and clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth and retention of the assigned portfolio.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Country Managers and relevant internal teams to ensure effective follow-up of opportunities, high-quality client service, and alignment with commercial priorities.
Profile of our future teammate
- Working methodology and excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to pass and maintain the CAA agent examination or registration
- Solution oriented
- 2-3 years’ experience in Insurance Sector
- Attention to details but also capability to summarize situations or cases
- Intellectual curiosity
- Efficient and goal-oriented communication (written and spoken)
- Team spirit is a must
- Capacity to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Sales oriented profile looking for a career development
