You are accompanying them in their entire journey with us and make sure they receive an excellent service, in line with our DNA. Your main tasks will include: Manage the entire order-to-cash process of the customers (estimates, order intake and follow-up, payment, claims, …) Be the main contact person of the customer & built a trustful personalised relation with them. You make sure they feel in good hands! Process all kind customer requests & coordinate internal follow-up of those requests Coordinate with the customer the follow-up of leads that we transfer to our key customers And a lot of various tasks which will depends on the day-to-day needs Your Profile You are perfectly business fluent in Dutch & English. Any other European language will be a big plus.
