Reporting Officer (F/M)
YOUR MISSION:
• Manage the onboarding of new clients and support all the questions raised and related to the Data Management.
• Receive accounting data for regulatory reporting and follow-up with clients and fund administrators.
• Be in contact with data providers and platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Refinitiv) to ensure the smooth data delivery and publication.
• Be implicated in the production of several regulatory and marketing reports such as KIIDs, Factsheets, ….
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve and set up our custom-built solutions in terms of Data Management.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering or related field. Quantitative Specialization is a plus.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, in the investment funds industry.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision.
• Excellent knowledge in Excel. VBA, Python and/or R skills are an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy: ability to quickly understand and analyse requests, propose solutions, synthesise and express them in a clear manner.
