For an international industrial company specializing in automated solutions, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships in a technical and international environment.


Your role


You will be the main point of contact for customers and support their projects from the commercial phase through to implementation.


Your main responsibilities will include :


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and prepare appropriate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Participate in commercial and technical negotiations.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor budgets, deadlines, risks, and customer requirements.
  • Keep customer and project information up to date in Salesforce.
  • Travel internationally on an occasional basis to meet customers.


Your profile :


  • Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management.
  • Good ability to understand technical solutions and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent German and English are required; French is an advantage.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is an asset.
