Senior Risk Officer

We are looking for an analytical and committed Senior Risk Officer for our Risk Management department. Sparinvest S.A. is a Super Management Company in Luxembourg with a branch in Denmark. Sparinvest S.A. has Luxembourg and Danish UCITS and AIF under management. Your role : Become part of the continuation of our successful journey at Sparinvest and join us to strengthen our team. As a Senior Risk Officer, you are responsible for identifying, monitoring and reporting risks within the regulatory set-up surrounding both UCITS and AIF structures as required by regulation. Your main tasks : Manage daily risk processes for Luxembourg and Danish investment funds, including regular reviews. Maintain and improve risk systems and models with Group entities. Improve tools and procedures for operational risk management. Oversee risk management tasks delegated to Group entities in Denmark. Engage with boards and senior management and prepare risk reports, including submissions to Finanstilsynet and the CSSF. Work with local and cross-border teams in a project-driven setting. Your day-to-day job location will be either Luxembourg or Copenhagen, with regular travel to the other location about every two months. About you : Experience in a similar role or operational function within a Management Company/AIFM or similar. Strong knowledge of asset management, including UCITS and AIF structures. Power BI and SQL skills are a strong asset. Fluent in English; Danish is a plus. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.
